At AirsoftFix, our mission is to provide you with the best possible service before, during, and after you place an order with us.

If you encounter any problem while using our site, placing an order, or using the products that you ordered from us, please contact us so that we can help you out.

Order Shipping

We strive to ship all orders out within 24 hours, even over the weekends! Most of our customers receive their orders within 4 or 5 days after checking out - this is one of the fastest delivery times for an Airsoft retailer!

Orders under $30 are charged a flat $5 shipping fee. This covers our time, packing materials, and USPS Priority Mail postage on small orders. Orders that are $30 or more, and shipping to any of the 50 US States (including Alaska and Hawaii) receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping.

KWA Green Gas cans must be shipped via UPS Ground, and can only be shipped to the lower 48 US States due to HAZMAT restrictions. We only offer these cans in quantity bundles, and the shipping cost and HAZMAT fee is already factored into our price, so you’ll incur no additional shipping or handling charges when ordering Green Gas from AirsoftFix.

Payments

AirsoftFix currently accepts all valid American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards issued in the United States.

When you check out, your card is authorized for the amount of your order, and not actually charged.

For products shipping from AirsoftFix, we charge your card at the time your order is shipped out.

For drop-ship products shipping directly from the manufacturer, we charge your card at the time the product is confirmed as available by the manufacturer.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process after we initiate the refund.

Returns and Exchanges

At AirsoftFix, we have developed a return policy that puts your peace of mind before our financial interests:

  1. Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. We will issue you a return authorization number to help us identify your return when it arrives.
  2. Ship us your return - make sure your name and the return authorization number is somewhere on the box or inside.
  3. The same day we receive your return, we will issue you a refund, or, if you want, ship you a replacement product. Refunds are for 100% of the original product’s price (see exceptions below for damaged packaging or missing parts/accessories), but don’t cover your return shipping fee. Replacement products ship to you free, regardless of price or size.

We only have a few rules about returns:

  1. The product must be re-packaged in its original packaging (when possible). If the original packaging is missing or is badly damaged, we will withhold 10% of the original product’s price from any refund, or keep the packaging from any replacement product we ship to you. We make exceptions for products that cannot be easily re-packaged (i.e. items in a plastic clamshell that must be cut open), but anything in a re-sealable box or bag should be returned in sellable condition.
  2. All included parts, accessories, and manuals must be included with the returned product. Any missing items (except for warranty cards or BBs/oil included with guns) will cause us to withhold 10% of the original product’s price from any refund, or keep the missing items from any replacement product we ship to you.
  3. Your return must be turned over to the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) within 50 days of receiving your order.

Sales Tax

Since AirsoftFix is located in the State of Alaska, we are currently not legally required to collect sales tax from any US state. Certain states have recently enacted laws requiring retailers over a certain revenue volume to collect sales tax, but we currently operate below those thresholds. We are one of the few retailers that meet this criteria, so if you live in a state with sales tax, you are most likely paying a lower overall price when ordering from AirsoftFix.

Privacy Policy

AirsoftFix understands that you expect information you submit to us to be kept secure, and not abused or sold or traded to third parties.

All information stored by AirsoftFix is kept in our secure database. Only AirsoftFix employees with a need to know your information may have access to it.

When you enter your e-mail address into the “Notify Me” system, your e-mail address and the product ID you want to be notified about are stored in our database. That data is deleted once we notify you when that product comes back in stock.

Information you type into our checkout form is stored in our database, except for your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code: those extremely sensitive elements are transmitted securely to our PCI-compliant payment processor and are not logged in our database at all.

We also utilize a web analytics system that tracks what pages users view around our site. This information is tracked by your IP address, and sensitive personal information (name, address, etc.) is not tied to this analytical information. This tracking system may use a cookie to help facilitate the analysis - if you’d like to opt out, please disable cookies in your browser’s settings.
